Weifang Chang'an Steel Tower Stock Co., Ltd., which was established in 1976, ranks among the top enterprises in China's steel tower industry. Our company covers an area of more than 500,000 square meters with more than 1,700 staff members. Our annual production capacity is 200,000 tons.We mainly produce transmission line towers with maximum voltage rating up to 1000 kV, wind power towers, lifting equipment and steel structures. We have rich experience in the design and manufacture of 500kV to 1000kV EHV and UHV Transmission towers. Our products have entered the international market. We have established sound Quality Assurance System. We passed the evaluation of ISO9001 quality management system approved by UK Moody International in 1997 and got ISO9001:2000 quality management system certificate issued by CECC in 2000. We obtained 3 in 1, namely safety, quality and environment certificate in 2009.We have 437 technicians of different categories with world-class R&D capability in the area of transmission towers, in particular UHV(Ultra High Voltage) towers. We first use CAD to design steel tower in China and have been appraised as State Demonstration Enterprise in CAD application. We have nearly 20 registered national patents and have published dozens of research papers. We have participated in the draft and review of national standards with regard to the design and manufacture of steel tower as well as the manufacture of wind tower. The Single-column multi-row steel tower made by Chang'an Tower was honored as State Key New Product in 1998. In 2001, the 500kV polygonal power transmission project was listed in the State Scientific Development Plan. In 2008, the 1000kV UHV steel tower project was listed in Scientific Development Guideline by Shandong Provincial Government. We have four production plants and one galvanization plant with 26 workshops covering an area of 250,000 square meters. Our storehouse for raw materials covers an area of 30,000 square meters and storehouse for finished products covers an area of 50,000 square meters. We have 843 sets of production equipment of different categories. 80% of our main processes are digitally controlled.
